Project: To complete two bodies of work in progress. One group of pictures, made with 8xl0-inch Polaroid material, is concerned with self-constructed arrangements of objects. The objects themselves are contemporary, inorganic and, for the most part, neutral. The arrangements attempt to create a resonance between the color of the objects and the space they occupy, as well as their actual function. The other body of work uses conventional color photographic materials. The focus will be Provençal landscapes. In these pictures, an attempt will be made to reveal an abstract yet poetic integration of colored rock, sparse foliage, sea and sky.
