Project: Music for Berlin: two new chamber works. Two works to be premiered by members of Scharoun Ensemble at the Radialsystem in Berlin on May 22, 2008: an octet for the original instrumentation of the group lasting 15 minutes (as yet untitled), and the second installment of a series of piano preludes, entitled four, five and six. This concert is presented while the composer is in residence at the American Academy in Berlin.
